Western Kentucky Any stations for sale?

You need to talk to a broker or two and have financing, if needed, squared away. There could be some great deals out there

I have been in contact with brokers...I am aware of all the listings...I am looking for stations that would like to sell but are not really "on the market." I assume ALL are for sale at a price, but I am looking for off market mom and pops.
 
I have the best station available in Kentucky for a small operator. It's an owner phasing out situation, very established and ready to walk in and take it to the next level.
