So yeah I don’t know if Warner is the same thing as Time Warner, but if that’s the case, Medford, MA is now serviced by Comcast so I’m not sure when that would have been, but I’m guessing this is from the early 80s. I’m surprised that they had pretty much every single broadcast channel in the region, and even back then they had all 4 PBS stations, but no MTV or even HBO.

In 1973 Warner Communication formed Warner Cable. Warner Cable had the slogan "the best television is not on television"

In 1989 Time Inc, merged with Warner Communications and formed Time Warner Inc

1992 Warner Cable and American Television & Communications (ATC) combine to form Time Warner Cable

Granted, something like this would be cool to have, "just because", but it would serve absolutely no purpose.

$50 is a bit steep IMO.
