Miami/Fort Lauderdale No AiR 1 and poor klove signal

Boston is the largest market without air 1 even on a hd channel. Does anyone think that EMF would HD 89.7 or find a way to add Air 1 in some capacity or better coverage between 89.7 Miami and 90.7 West Palm

Never say never but KLove's goal is to reach as many folks as possible (just like most religious organizations) and that is usually achieved by lowest common denominator. An HD 2 requires some extra effort "depending on your receiver."

With all the talk of over leverage radio companies or recently bankrupt radio companies merging, KLove will most likely have several opportunities to buy stations to improve their foot print. Even after the Salem's station purchase, I believe they do have the cash and credit worthiness to buy several major market stations if they become available.

Not a KLove listener, but 89.7 was spotty in central Broward back when it was Classical South Florida. I suppose a translator could help fill in the dim spots, or EMF could make an offer for 88.5 WKPX, which provides good coverage of central and northern Broward. EMF could even try to reboot the lapsed WKPX construction permit that had them going from 3kw to 25kw. That would be a heartbreaker for me, personally, however. Always loved 'KPX.
