I’m assuming that 7 News will simply simulcast on ABC Miami. Obviously they won’t air all the news shows since abc has more programming during the day.

Local news on ABC Miami

Yes and ABC Miami would have to be within a section of the WSVN Page. It's like how WLVI-TV Boston the CW affiliate in that market has (WHDH-TV) 7 News on CW56 and WLVI page is within the WHDH website. Yes this is given that Sunbeam owns these stations respectively. ABC Miami would have to have the same situation here when they get access to the ABC Feed in August.
Even if Sunbeam wanted to have separate newscasts on 7.2 (it'd be absolutely ponderous as to why they would) the current WSVN plant is not big enough for it.
