Deborah Norville leaving inside edition after thirty years.

I had a feeling that Deborah was leaving Inside Edition when she was named host of the show and got cleared for syndication in 2025-26 season. I see no one breaking Deborah's 30 years at Inside Edition in my opinion and she seems to take a lot of breaks from the show the past few years.
 
Mary Calvi hwas been the de facto host of Inside Edition for the past year or so with Norville's increasing unexplained absences from the show. I doubt the game show will receive anything like the clearances that IE has. I also have to wonder what the future of IE will be without her on the marquee. I can't imagine it will last much longer in access with a new host unless they land a big name.

Good point. I think a lot of people tuned in just to watch her do the show. I think in some markets its on in seperate times from the other news magazine shows though so people might not have much variety when inside edition airs if they want to choose a different option on ota tv.
