Arrest Made in Broadcast Site Burglary

Former Houston telecom owner/operator, HAM radio enthusiast, and broadcaster Christopher Wayne Boone (known as Continuous Wave on this board), was arrested yesterday for burglary of a broadcast site. Charges include two counts of telecom theft. Hardin County Jail - Inmate Details

Sorry, but it's licensed to Seabrook, which is in Harris County. The majority of Houston's FM stations are in Fort Bend County. Does that make them Missouri City stations?
 
KROI is licensed to Seabrook, in Harris County.
Its transmitter is located in Brazoria County, and if a crime were committed at the transmitter, then it would be prosecuted in Brazoria County.
No need to argue over semantics.
And if we want to get technical, the Senior Road Tower is in unincorporated Fort Bend County within the City of Houston's extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ)... though the property is bordered by the city limits of Missouri City.
 
Hey guys, it wasn't a burglary. I put a HAM repeater at tower site to test and to keep the frequency allocation alive and somebody bitched, and I think I know who, to the emergency coordinator in Hardin County spreading lies that I'd stolen the repeater and it was hooked up to the trunk system. I'm talking to lawyers now about suing for slander and a few other things. The are bogus and will probably get dropped.. in fact they haven't even notified me of the court date..

A former engineer at Univision who got fired for not doing his job evidently but I'm not sure because I haven't talked to Marty about it..
I've been away for a while because of Donaldson and the other crap. Plus there's another ham who moved into Hardin County from Galveston County who was arrested several years ago for a family domestic violence charge. He became the ARES emergency coordinator for Hardin County, that and a dollar will give you a cup of coffee at McDonald's lol and is trying to run everything and got jealous about the repeater. He's on my list to sue too. In fact a good friend of mine in Texas City who is with Texas Department of Emergency Management, Louis Petite had to run in with him years ago.. on a Tower project for the county. It seems that this blithering idiot who was a contractor, had the PE change but didn't recertify the job! When Louie found out about that he went nope no way he walked away and said I'm not signing anything. Yeah the dogs are fine. And that's all I've got to say about that for right now.
