Is WRGB still transmitting their TV audio on the low end of the FM band? I want to use 87.9 in the car. Is that frequency clear in the Albany-Troy area?

Right after the analog shut off of 2009, WRGB (which had reverted back to RF 6, but with 8VSB) went as far as to buy a Harris platinum transmitter to continue broadcasting analog audio on 87.9, until the FCC stepped in and forced them to cease.
