Reboots

Geez this sounds like a joke on the surface but this is being considered. For now its not in production.

UPDATED APRIL 30: While a revival of “The Apprentice” seems to be a long way off, if ever, President Donald Trump addressed the chatter on Thursday about whether a new edition, with son Donald Jr. in the firing chair, might ever see the light of day.

At an Oval Office executive order signing event, Fox News reporter Steve Doocy asked Trump about reports that “The Apprentice” is going to come back with Donald Trump Jr. as its host, and Trump’s response was mixed: “Well, I’ve been hearing it,” Trump said. “So we’ll see what happens. He’s good. He’s a good guy. He’s probably good. He’s got a little charisma going.”EARLIER: Amazon is considering a potential reboot of the Donald Trump-hosted reality competition show “The Apprentice” for its Prime Video streamer, according to a report late Wednesday by the Wall Street Journal. But the newspaper added that instead of the President at the helm, it would be his son, Donald Trump Jr.

I read recently that Ed O'Neill's (actor who played Al Bundy) star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is in front of a...(wait for it)...DSW Shoe Store. The difference is, of course, shoe stores like DSW dont' use salesmen anymore - it's all self service, so the only employees are cashiers.
In the words of Alanis Morrisette isn’t it ironic?
