Source for live tracks?

WZLF Bellows Falls, VT, is marking Memorial Day as the start of the summer concert season by playing a few live tracks each hour. A recent hour featured live versions of Luke Combs' "Does to Me" and Drew Baldridge's "She's Somebody's Daughter," for example. My question is where these tracks come from. This isn't an iHeart or Audacy station. It's owned by the small regional Binnie chain. How would such a station obtain live cuts?
