I remember that WYMS in Milwaukee aired a satellite jazz format for years before switching to non-com AAA (Radio Milwaukee). I think it was from WFMT in Chicago, which has and still airs a classical music format. The jazz programming was just something they syndicated.

KNKX in Seattle has Jazz24, but I'm unaware if they offer it in syndication or for other HD2 signals.

KNKX offered it in syndication as of a couple of years ago.

The only DJ name I heard was Scott Hanley, and he originates from WZUM FM in Pittsburgh,

Not to be confused with Jazzworks from WESA FM Pittsburgh.
