Also of note: WKDL/104.9(Rochester's K-Love affiliate, licensed to Brockport)is pulling a 2.4-unchanged in the last 2 trends. I haven't been in the Rochester area in a little while, but it would not surprised me to find they've got billboards up in the Flower City for the station. Can anyone confirm?

I have never seen a K-Love billboard here. I think the listenership has grown pretty organically over the years. It's been around for a while now.

I have never seen a K-Love billboard here. I think the listenership has grown pretty organically over the years. It's been around for a while now.

I'm guessing K-Love has been on in the Rochester market much longer than in Buffalo.

I did see a K-Love billboard for 102.5FM on Route 5 when I went to Lancaster Motorplex on Sunday...so there's precedent for them to do some in the Rochester market as well, I'd think...

Quite so. The 104.9 here came on way back in 2006.

K-Love tends to do billboards mostly to introduce itself to new listeners in new markets. Less need for that here.

Which explains why it's being done in Buffalo. But why did it take 2 YEARS for them to do this?
