WABQ and WCCD swap calls

It would put WABQ back in Cuyahoga County and with an FM translator - 105.3 simulcasting 1000
1000/105.3 is carrying a satellite gospel format of some sort. 1000 actually is transmitting but is incredibly weak right up to when you get to Independence. 105.3 is surprisingly audible in downtown and Parma on my car radio.
As for 1460, Dale Edwards might be better off handing in the license and selling off the land.

I vaguely remember this one time (about several months or so ago) where I could hear 1000 over in the Kirtland-Willoughby Hills area. The signal was pretty bad, but I could hear music beneath the static.

There is a CP to have AM 1000 diplexed off of the WHK towers in Seven Hills. Not sure if this has happened yet. The FM repeater is at the church off of 131st Street.
There's a construction permit to move the translator to the latter address with no real change in coverage.
Required to cover Parma.
It's licensed to Parma but has almost always been a suburban station. At first they superserved Parma but abandoned it not long before Merle Pollis' ill-fated attempt at talk radio.

Speaking of swapping calls, I wish WERE and WJMO would swap.
Under an STA, i think... the only coverage requirement is that it cant extend beyond the licensed contours. Ive had to file and sign an STA ages ago myself and I seem to be that was one of the statements i had to make/answer to.
