Cleveland June Ratings

Cleveland

107.3 Alternative Cleveland finished below Rubber City’s Akron-focused country, WQMX 94.9, with a 2.3 compared with to a 2.6.

WTAM and WMMS see a bit of a drop, possibly due to Guardians tune-out in June.

And iHeart’s 96.5 stays in a 2 share range following their music adjustment, while 95.5 drops below a 2 share for the first time since their purchase by K-LOVE.

We'll see if WKLV will, eventually, regain listeners 95.5 FM lost when WFHM was sold to K-Love. Their formats were compatible. The attitude of both stations seemed the same to me... Lots of Christian A.C./Hot A.C. music and short, meant to be helpful, segments peppered in.

What was the music adjustment for 96.5? I know they localized their personalities a bit, but I didn't know they did anything different musically.

But WFHM had local personalities whereas WKLV does not. That might be a factor.

WZAK, WDOK, WGAR, WNCX and The Lake each went up. Q104 and ALT CLE were flat. Z107.9 took a bit of a dip.

Not sure if the tweak really helped KISS since they are almost similar to Q104 right now.

Keep in mind it's just 6+ persons. Means nothing.
