They’re excited to announce that they’re moving to 91.5 and 102.5. Ok? 😂 how exciting, so now you won’t be able to be heard anywhere in Houston.
And that is giving us more indication where Pwer will move to?
 
If Romantica is moving to 102.5 I would assume La Calle is going away, or moving…where? Eventually to 106.1?

We will likely be hearing Power 99.5 in the next few days.

What 91.5 are they talking about? Has K218EJ been on the air recently? It supposedly is being purchased by Houston Christian Broadcasters (KHCB) and has an application for a move to 89.7 from a downtown location. The sale to HCB has been stalled for two years.

Yes, La Calle is gone again. Romance is on 102.5 now. And also was on 99.5, no info giving out on La Calles facebook page. So probably gone AGAIN.

Just to correct my previous post, as I misremembered: K218EJ has an application to move to a new site near the South Loop and 288, using 89.7. It has been speculated that this is just part of an eventual plan to hop the signal to a downtown building.

Stream was down earlier at noon. Also, as I said in another thread about this same subject: a deal to launch Power on one of Hector’s stations would also include a deal to kill La Calle off.
 
I hear Romance on KJHJ-LP and whatever other 102.5 signal makes it up here that's like 6 seconds behind

I can say one of them has been broadcasting about 7 miles away or so away from where they’re licensed. From the same place a certain AM station that’s been off the air lately is. They also filed to change frequencies for some reason a couple of years ago but is still on 102.5🤭

Is back on air, they have been playing some songs in English. I really don’t listen to it but is this normal on this station? Earlier I heard Hotel California and right now I heard baby come back by PLAYER.

I noticed some english songs for the first time a couple of weeks ago.
 
So I still hear Romance on 99.5 with 102.5. But I’m hearing it on 91.5 as well instead of just KHCB programming on 91.5
 
I am currently in Katy Texas. Running some errands. I am specifically in the First Grant Parkway, Commerce Center park.

102.5 FM is blasting. Awesome here listening to Romance 102.5 FM
