Blocked IP?

I was attempting to log in for the day, and I was surprised to see a page saying I was blocked due to suspicious activity.

I don't have a screenshot, unfortunately, and when I refreshed the page, the normal RD homepage came up as usual.

If it would be helpful, I can take a screenshot of it if it happens again, and if I can get back in, I can post it here.

This from Cloudfare? One of my nephews is a tech for servers and stuff and mentioned Cloudfare will sometimes snag or block an IP range temporary. I have ran into one of those on occasion and it's gone shortly after.
