Congrats! Makes me wonder do English companies have a non-rehire policy like univision-telvisa does? Just a random question. At univision, regardless on how you left you were not coming back .. I can only think of 2 or 3 people that were able to come back again and one was able to come back like 3 times due to his relationship with the President of the company.

That "never back" concept came out of "El Tigre" at Televisa. In Mexico. To keep people from joining TV Azteca, he implemented that policy which frightened many from leaving.

In the U.S., HBC and then Univision would and did rehire on many occasions. I can not even count the number of people who went elsewhere and then returned, particularly in sales.
