Some things I’ve been thinking of doing

I’ve been thinking of entering the abandoned KVVV TV building to retrieve reels left behind to archive the footage online, if anyone has ideas of how to do it or if you wanna join in the exploration tell me. I might not be able to do it because I live far away from Texas. If there is a resident near the site who’s interested, you can do it if you like, but I’m not able too.

So, you're basically asking someone to commit at least one felony, for breaking and entering, possibly two (depending on value stolen) for stolen property. But you won't do it yourself.

You’d have to get permission from KEDT first.

I'm not sure what KEDT has to do with it. They ended up with the channel 16 frequency but otherwise are entirely unrelated to the old KVVV and certainly have nothing to do with the property that belonged to KVVV.

You're wasting your time.

When the article at the UHF History site on KVVV was written, it was a collaboration of the three Stock Market Observer reporters, and I edited it all together.

Believe me, there are no reels in that old building to salvage. If there were, either one of them would have mentioned it or one of the subsequent explorers would have already removed them.

KVVV’s Wikipedia article says that KEDT bought some of their old equipment.
