Mr. Kirk was assassinated today at Utah Valley University while heading up an outdoor presentation on the campus. In the Cleveland, Ohio market, the station he was on was, of course, talking about it. In fact, the station, WHK, usually airs the Center For Law and Justice Show from 6:00 pm-7:00pm during what, otherwise, would be the first hour of The Larry Elder Show. Not today (Wednesday 09/10/2025). Larry Elder was on. Other competing stations were also on the topic. WTAM, 1100 AM had a good chunk of their afternoon drive show dedicated to a discussion of this evil incident. This included being the first topic discussed by the liberal and conservative guests during their weekly slot. At 6:00 pm, WCCR-AM1260/WEOL-AM 930 runs the daily, live, syndicated call-in talk show "Catholic Answers Live". Charlie Kirk's assassination was the first topic discussed. WHK's sister station, WHKW, may also have discussed this.
