Rich Eisen is leaving Audacy’s Infinity Sports Network to launch The Rich Eisen Show on ESPN Radio and Disney+ starting September 2.

Here is the article, it says Eisen's show will continue to air on Infinity through the end of the year. I don't know how all this usually works but it seems like uncommon practice. Infinity is basically airing a 3 hour advertisement for the competition every day.

On the other hand, Eisen is the biggest name they have. I suspect there's some financial compensation involved.
