Who throws in the towel first?

We have La Raza, El Norte, Que buena, Sol Radio, La Mejor, La Ley all playing Regional Mexican music. Who gives up first and flips format? And what format should they try?

Also now that there’s Tejano on 106.1 who throws in the Towel first? Fierro HD or Stream Tejano 106.5 HD2.

"Regional Mexican" is sort of like the English term "pop". It covers a lot of different formats or blends.

The new Puro Tejano already playing commercials, so far very commercial break I counted around 6 or 7 ads.

Sol Radio I counted 5

La Mejor 1.

Is this an indication that 106.1 is setting off good?

And is this an indication that La Mejor is not doing so good?

I personally listen to La Mejor more than SOL Radio and enjoy it more. I wonder how many people actually listen to it.

Sol Radio has 10K followers on Facebook
While La Mejor only has 238 followers on their page.

I did notice the La Mejor morning show has more followers so I don’t know if the numbers of either station followers on social media mean anything or do they give a hint of how many listeners does is each.

It depends on their rates and how much they've filled for the day. You simply can't judge a station by how many ads you heard during a single break.
In fact, many new stations or formats do special "pioneer" packages where very very low rates are offered for advertising on an unrated and unproven station.
