September DFW numbers

saw a post on texas radio HOF FB page about rumblings of a major change on the left side of the fm dial in dfw. I presume that means some kind of non-com change? Any ideas?

He was let go after his show ended yesterday, according to Jody Dean’s Facebook page. What a career, though. 1982-2025 between Q102 and KZPS. One of the legendary voices of the DFW dial.
that sucks, he couldn't get to retire on his own terms, looks like iHeart decided to force him into retirement, maybe now he and Jim can reunite and host a podcast just for fun and s***s and giggles.

Time for a format change

Why? It's still the highest-rated rock station in the market, and the numbers have been about where they've always been.

If it does change formats, it's highly unlikely to go to anything you'd like better.

How I can tell which of the people here have radio experience from the ones whose experience consists entirely of listening ...

... the latter often suggest an impending format change, with no factual basis (or even flawed analysis) before making the suggestion.
