My understanding is that doesn't change the dates something expires. We might just not see any additional filings related to the station until they re-open.
With all the items that are due during the shutdown and with ostensibly only one business to get them filed "on time" the FCC website is going to have a very bad I am concerned.

I expect the FCC will have to extend some deadlines to make it fair.
No filings can be made during the shutdown as all of the filing systems have been taken offline.
