Tampa Ratings October 2025

Dove and Joy remain on top, flat... Mix jumps back into the top 5, and might just stay there when they start cranking out the holiday hits... Q showed a big gain... Wild showed a HUGE gain, up a full point... Notable drops fro Rumba and La Ley... And in their first book as K-Love, 98.7 goes from (drum roll...) 2.4 to 0.9.

Small .2 gains for Q's La Mega and Beasley's Máxima. Small loss for El Zol. Where are the listeners going? The gains that Mega or Máxima have don't cover the even half of the entire spectrum of losses when combining Rumba, La Ley and El Zol.

I'm willing to bet that Wild and/or FLZ picked up a few of the listeners.

Some of the loss in the total shares of Spanish language stations has to do with Nielsen‘s annual adjustment of English dominant, and Spanish dominant Hispanics. In most markets, the percentage of Spanish dominance has declined, meaning that there are fewer meters among that group.
