The reality is this: first, there's nothing local on WOWO after sunset at this point. It's all just the same syndicated talk you can hear in every market in the country. Second, the 9800 watt night signal covers Fort Wayne just fine, and that's all that matters as far as WOWO's ratings and sales. Third, WOWO is also on a full-market FM signal that probably accounts for most of its listenership these days.
The WOWO that might have been worth saving in 1994 was 32 years ago. That station doesn't exist anymore. It's just another mostly satellite talk station in market 100-whatever.
