I noticed yesterday that WSBE 36.1 isn't known as Rhode Island PBS but as Ocean State Media and 36.2 is blank just saying in its listing "This Channel is no longer available " where a PBS kids subchannel formerly aired.
I noticed yesterday that WSBE 36.1 isn't known as Rhode Island PBS but as Ocean State Media and 36.2 is blank just saying in its listing "This Channel is no longer available " where a PBS kids subchannel formerly aired.
Actually, WSBE 36.2 used to be the Learn channel, but not anymore. And yes, it became Ocean State Media in October after having merged with The Public's Radio back in May of 2024, but waiting until October of this year to rename themselves.
