Kelly Clarkson Show Ends

I completely understand this decision. I have been a fan of hers for quite a long time, long before she started doing the show. But the main thing I’m curious about right now is … what will be taking its place?

Kelly's show was quite good and I enjoyed her "What I Like" segments at the end of the show, profiling those making a difference. Best wishes for her and the rest of the family.
At this point with linear TV going the way of the Pony Express, many stations will be scrambling to find programming, only to end up with repeats of court shows or Dateline. I'd take a slight bet that my local affiliate (KIMA/KEPR) may even use The National Desk to replace her in the fall.
Aren't Judge Judy repeats going away in the fall as well? That would be another 1 1/2 hours that my local station would have to program.

There's always Byron Allen's court shows or Hot Bench

with Stephen Colbert leaving the Late Show, maybe we could see someone try to woo him to get a syndicated daytime show to replace Kelly Clarkson all while giving Colbert a new platform to maintain his popularity with his viewers, i wouldn't be surprised if Colbert is getting a big offer for it too.

Probably never...fewer commercial TV stations are running Christian programs on their weekday schedule. Some stations still carry The 700 Club each weekday. I think James Robison still has his Life Today program.

We have Shepherds Chapel every morning (M-F) at 5am on Fox
I remember seeing that on a Connecticut station years ago. Arnold Murray and his son going on about "Kenites" and the various evils associated with descendants of Cain. Weird stuff. The old man died some time ago.

Speaking of weird stuff, is anyone still airing Dr. Gene Scott or his widow?

Melissa Scott is no longer on KTTV's overnight schedule. I'm pretty sure the late Dr. Gene Scott (or Melissa) is still on WWCR Shortwave. Gene Scott had quite a few terrestrial affiliates during the '80s and '90s, in overnight timeslots...and this included a few big 3 stations (I think he was on KSN in Kansas)

Melissa Scott is on Roku and other streaming services with some older Dr Gene Scott segments

All the best Kelly family comes first. I thought that season 7 was going to be her last when it was started being reported that Kelly was going to leave her talk show for her kids.
