Sticky on the Houston board

I was going to put this on the “Ask the Moderators” board, but wanted to run it by everyone:

I think it’s time to remove the “Warning” post that has been at the top of the Houston board for 2.5 years. I don’t think it is a discussion issue anymore, and such an admonition should be part of the overall site TOS.

It would be nice to have the latest post actually at the top of the board.

Thoughts?

Leave it. Some posters still present their thoughts and observarvations as objective facts instead of anecdotal and circumstantial. There's are ways to point out discrepancies without getting this site in trouble.

Until we all learn how to do that, then it should stay stickied. Frank wanted to keep this site and its users free of any legal trouble. Let's respect his legacy.
