Birmingham WBIB 1110 and W236DX 95.1 Centreville

I was listening to W236DX tonight and the FM is playing southern gospel again. I assume WBIB is as well since it's the originating station for W236DX but I was unable to confirm such since the AM had already signed off for the evening. The TOH ID mentions WBIB and W236DX in addition to WKLF 1000 and W238CS 95.5 in Clanton although I couldn't confirm the Clanton stations either since WKLF had already signed off for the evening and I'm too far north to receive W238CS. WKLF and W238CS had been offering the "Peach" oldies format overnights.

Interesting, I'll have to look into all of this a little further. That being said, I have one question about the latter. Oldies and Southern Gospel mix?

Just looked at 'KLF's website and it's a little clearer now and I'm not talking about the audio, not yet, anyway. It appears, they have two streams, one for the Southern Gospel (sounds good, save for it being out-of-faze) and one for the Oldies (in Mono). Haven't gotten much further than that. Please pardon my ignorance, but is one format on one station and one on the other and not the formats mixing? They appear to be two stations right now, but I thought they were an AM/Translator simulcast. All this and I haven't even gotten to 'BIB (I believe it was) yet LOL.

WKLF does mix both formats on the 1000 AM/95.5 FM station. Southern Gospel by day and Oldies by Night.

P.S. For more about WKLF and their programming, please contact them at the info on the site. Thanks!

Thanks Dan, for the info and suggestion. Re: the programming, I just may do that or just listen for a while to see for myself. Can't find much out online about 'BIB, save for a technical page from the Alabama Association or something.
Alright, now I can't find it all.

Confirmation. WBIB is indeed Southern Gospel. WKLF is still doing the SG/Oldies mix. Just spoke with Mr. Chris and he told me this.

Roger on that, staying tuned when possible.
