Days after the Australia Communications & Media Authority belatedly imposed new restictions in ARN/KIIS and the Kyle & Jacky O Show, in something that has come as no surprise to anyone following this circus, ARN finally terminated Kyle Sanderslands.

Kyle Sandilands vows to fight ARN termination

Kyle Sandilands has confirmed his dispute with ARN is now in the hands of his lawyers. ARN has terminated his contract.

I've resisted posting everything here, because while Kyle has been waitng for the inevitable, there have been media speculation that ranges from him moving to talk radio, to Kyle gunning for outright ownership of ARN. For the record, ARN's current market capitalisation stands at $106 Million.

Oh, and a side not, Jackie O's agent has gone into receivership, owing around half a million dollars.

What always surprised me was how Kyle Sandilands stays on the air down there at all with the things he says daily.

As for talk, wasn't he on 2GB once?
