MRA sale to Civic Media

Curious that the sale of WZTI, W262CJ, and W297BY from Milwaukee Radio Alliance to Civic Media was approved by the commission back on December 15th but still hasn't been consummated. Maybe something to do with all the money it cost to get the AM back on the air...or wonder what else the holdup could be?

Since we are all guessing I thought I would add my guess as well. Maybe property related or land related.

A few consummation filings were issued by the FCC a few days ago, but the links are broken on FCCInfo.

I found it interesting to see they said it will continue to broadcast the classic hits/ oldies format, I thought it flipped 100.3 FM to WAUK while 107.3 rebroadcasts 1290 which rebroadcasts 1400. Did something change?
