101.9 WLIF gone Christmas?

A true sign of the sad state of things when nobody cares enough to keep things like that updated. Suppose you're the advertiser paying for banner ads on that page? (But then, I was just thinking about an ad running in steady rotation on a local station...announcing the grand opening of a car dealership. Happened in 2022.)

I gave up listening to Christmas music during Lent! I can't believe that they're doing this with 2 weeks until Easter. There's no room for holiday music during the season of penance.

.... at least according to the schedule on their website. I doubt that is correct, but still doesn't anyone check things like that?
To fill in some blanks... After your original post, I reached out to the Operations Manager of the cluster who was aware of the issue but the company is in the process of completing a change to a new web platform and certain things were frozen.

Audacy is finally rolling out the new platform and a deep queue of changes including the "Christmas music" listing for WLIF still need to be resolved.

So it had nothing to do with not checking, but being locked from doing so.

They have switched back to regular music
Last year..
