I show W254DV on 98.7 FM in Miami. Relaying WRHC 1550. But I also heard The Gator weakly from an SDR in Miramar. It didn't sound like stations were fighting
The orange circle encompassing the 45 dBu contour is the interference complaint zone where WKGR's signal is protected. Inside that contour the station would need to accumulate at least ten complaints against the translator to shut it down. But also iHeartMedia is not worried about interference in Broward County either as they would want potential WKGR listeners to listen to Big 105.9. They're not going to do anything about interference unless it is in Palm Beach County.
