WKCW 1420 back on the air?

Or at least on a STA for 5,500 watts daytime only from tower #2 that is still standing. Glad to hear they are at least working on it. It's one of the truly last remaining independents in the area.
 
I heard WKCW back on the air yesterday (Saturday). Power was clearly lower, but reception was good in the Middletown MD valley (~52 miles). Other than one channel missing, it was the same Classic Hits format.

Yup. Definitely one channel missing. I noticed it after I was reading your post and they were playing a song by Bread. It is VERY obvious.I don’t know why they don’t set the audio to mono.
