Was waiting to see if someone else noted this first...

1070 WKMB Stirling and 100.7 W264BT Edison have both been off the air for about a month with obviously no STA filed. Here's where it gets interesting though. Very briefly last month, its programming was heard on 103.3 WPRB-HD3 for about a week. Since then WPRB-HD3 is just a silent carrier.

WKMB's "Tap On" Gospel programming does appear to still be running on its stream: 1070 WKMB | iHeart

It's website is now branded as "WKMB Faithonomics Radio" with lots of AI generated hosts. WKMB Radio Website

I prefer the old "Stirling Country" on WKMB.
Greatest Little Country Station 'this side of Texas. 🤠

I swear I heard them on the air within the past month, although with some kind of transmitter problem causing it to briefly drop carrier every few seconds. Also for a long time now it has sounded like they're using POTS as their STL, for both the AM transmitter and FM translator.

In other news about little NJ daytimers, 1170 WWTR was on the air all night long last night, playing their usual Indian music programming.

I just checked and WKMB is on the air now, with their normal programming (preaching and Gospel music) and no noticeable problems, although their signal coverage is definitely not as good as it was 20-30 years ago.

1070 is definitely the strongest signal
on the AM Dial in Warren Township ...
... Along with WMTR 1250 & WWTR 1170. I remember when 1170 used to simulcast WMTR 's oldies format).

Interesting. No sign of it this morning in Middlesex County. And WLEV booming in on 100.7.

Are you on the western end of Middlesex County? I would think the Breeze in Eatontown would render WLEV unlistenable.
Breeze's translator does not become audible until you get south of the Arts Center on the Parkway or down to Manalapan on Route 9. With W264BT off the air, 100.7 is mostly WLEV with occasional WHUD.

And still no sign of anything on 1070.

Me too, the Closest thing I know of (to the Stirling Country Format) that's still going is KYET 1170 in Golden Valley / Kingman AZ, with a Fringe Signal in parts of the Las Vegas Valley.
