South Jersey WVLT and WMIZ Sold, Changes?

It was reported that WVLT and WMIZ Vineland are being sold to The Voice Radio Network based in Georgetown, DE. Any word on the future format of WVLT Crusin 92.1 the only rimshot oldies station in the Philadelphia region (with pay for play shows weeknights and weekends)? WMIZ is Spanish language which is the main format of the new owner.

What is the format of WMIZ? (Spanish is a language, not a format)

Their website has no playlist or music section, but many of the announcers have typical "boricua" names and nicknames, so I am assuming it is directed at Puerto Ricans. But there are as many "Spanish formats" in Puerto Rico itself as there are English language formats in New York City.

The last time their website was updated was at least a decade ago. WMIZ is currently a Spanish Tropical format targeting both Dominicans and Puerto Ricans (with some horrible audio quality on the side, mmm). This is the stream but it doesn't have a playlist attached.
