Very surprised KNBR isn't on here. And a little surprised many Santa Rosa stations are showing up. Most can barely be heard outside Sonoma County.

Since KNBR is owned by Cumulus and since Cumulus is in the middle of a lawsuit with Nielsson, KNBR's non-appearance should be of no surprise to anyone. What *would* surprise is if this or another Cumulus-owned radio station showed up in any of the ratings for any of the markets.

Santa Rosa and its county are part of the San Francisco Nielsen Metropolitan Statistical Area. So any station with at least a moderate share of listening in that area will show in the SF book.df

Eastlan measured Santa Rosa until September last year. The Amaturo stations do very well there. As Sonoma County is a part of the SF metro, it should be no surprise that strong listening in that part of the metro can translate into them showing up modestly in the overall SF numbers.
