Did Radio Insight Lose The Rights To Publish Ratings?

Yesterday was the first day of the release of the Nielsens for the top markets and when you go to RadioInsight's ratings page and scroll down to the ratings list, you see a square that keeps spinning and spinning as if the list of markets would appear. But it doesn't. So I went to the link for the New York market ratings and the last period listed is February 2026, not March. What's more, there was no summary posted of the ratings for the top markets including insight from Chris Huff. So what happened? Why the delay?

I was able to access the DFW and Houston numbers yesterday on RI with no problem.

I have found that if the current month doesn’t show up, refresh the browser or clear its cache, then the updated version will appear.

Greetings from the NAB Show floor in Las Vegas where not only am I covering the convention but have also published the ratings summaries and the daily numbers both days.

They are in the RadioInsight exclusives section as usual.

Correct. The way the tables are stored in the site database if your web browser cache levels are too strict. Nothing I can do to control it.

I cannot replicate @DToTheJ's spinning block on multiple browsers/devices, that seems like a javascript block on your device. Perhaps using a VPN?

Also in the future please don't use this site for Insight support. I have a contact form that will get to me much quicker and enable one to one support instead of jumping to far-fetched conclusions.
