Channel 30 Bellingham

I see that the K30RC-D owner filed a license to cover (L2C) back in February for this Mount Constitution signal. It's 7.5 kw ERP pointing at 50 degrees into the Fraser River Valley. Has anyone seen it? If so, what's the content? The signal should be visible in the Lower Mainland.

For background see :the previous discussion thread in the radio section: Mt Wilson FM's Bellingham LDTV Permit .
(The permittee is none other than Saul Levine , hence it was in the radio threads section.)

On my ZapperBox receiver, I was able to detect RF at one point on channel 30 from my location (line-of-sight with Mt Constitution). The receiver could not decode anything though. I will have to rollout the spectrum monitor to get a clear RF perspective. (I doubt this was KOMO Seattle as all stations from down there do not appear - except a rare ATSC3 registry from channel 31.)

Even though I am in Bellingham (as far as the post office is concerned) I am heavily shielded from the Mt. Constitution signals. HEAVILY- Lookout/Galbreath Mtn. are to my west. So I am not much help here. Sorry about that!

I can now confirm TV30 hardware was installed on Mt Constitution. Other than the RF evidence no digital content has been received on that channel.
It is QVC per rabbitears
Also confirmed from another site I visit as someone in Canada was mad they lost KOMO due to QVC
“Yes, another station just started transmitting QVC on channel 30. The transmitter is on Mt. Constitution, Orcas island.”
