Glad to see it represented, but that's an ID? Unless the rules have changed a lot over the years (which, unfortunately, most have), me thinks not.

It doesn't. There are noticeable pops before and after the voice ID, there's a hum, the mic sounds overdriven like the presenter was speaking too close to it, and it's not a legal ID.
