WEEI FM: Hart and Fitzy out

WEEI down on 103.7! No longer on the Westerly stick. They're broadcasting "RI Public Broadcasting." What time did they flip: Don't know?

Where the line is for reception going south now? It's probably Foxboro. 93.7 not receivable in Attleborough, don't know about east to Plymouth.

EEI takes a real hit with their new programing changes.

WVEI-FM in Providence, SE Mass, sold by Audacy, will no longer simulcast WEEI Boston programming

This is a major shakeup, as buying 103.7 Westerly from the Boston Phoenix in 2004 was a brilliant move by Entercom. The 103.7 signal filled in a lot of holes. It's important to remember that when CBS Radio blew up WBCN for sports in 2009 they knew 104.1 would not work in Rhode Island but...
