Alaska EAN test recordings

Hello,

I am currently working on a YouTube documentary about the history of the Emergency Alert System. I'm looking for recordings of the Emergency Action Notification tests conducted in Alaska in January of 2010 and 2011 but so far I have not been able to locate any direct captures.
