107.9 near Santa Rosa?

I've been picking up a station on 107.9 while in Santa Rosa. No ID heard, just a string of Star Date and related programs. Any ideas about whose signal it may be?

Probably this:

Owned by a Bryan Henry in Napa

From RadioInsight in March of last year (tl;dr: K300AO was displaced by a KBVE, a new sign-on to the northwest in Boonville, clearly intended for Ukiah):

KBVE's predicted fringe coverage gets to Windsor, so you may either have enhanced conditions in Santa Rosa proper or a pretty good radio (or both!).

The whole thing smells like a "pirate" operation.

No ID, and airing episodes of StarDate...

Thank you, Mark!
