WQVD & WQVR status

Both stations applied for a community of license change early last year. It appears they’ve been granted (Paxton) in the FCC Database.

Does anyone know when they will complete the tower work at Asnebumskit Hill?

WQVR 940 seems to be still broadcasting from their current location & WQVD 700 is still silent.
