Depending who else was on the tower [governments, business', etc] VB might want to erect a new one post-haste instead of losing all that revenue. If it was just the station they may take their time or say "Find another tower, we ain't rebuilding."
WERV applied for STA with FCC to operate with effective radiated power of 0.37 KW from an antenna with a height above average terrain of 30 meters located at the station's studio while repairs are made to their main antenna:

That's something I have always admired about the engineering side of broadcasting, if a station in a market needs help getting back on the air, your "competitors" are always willing to help and usually with no charge to the station needing the help.Its a pop up/crank up, portable.. multiple engineers from multiple companies not related to WERV pitched in to help out and get WERV back on
