Media group asks appeals court to force FCC action on WTXF license challenge

July 20, 2026 - The MAD Project says the FCC has left its Application for Review unresolved for 17 months, preventing it from seeking judicial review of the Media Bureau’s dismissal.

Yes this is one ongoing issue with Fox Television Stations license but when that petition was first brought up it was about stuff that happened at Fox News that was of concern here.
 
Which the group should let it go as The FCC denied their baseless claim by out going FCC chairwomen Jessica. Carr doesn't have to rule on it and I hope the court denies the group.

The question remains unanswered: Why should the FCC challenge the licenses of ABC/Disney owned-and-operated television stations while ignoring the complaint about the Fox television station. Since the Fox network paid out a lot of money to Dominion Voting Systems, it seems to me that there is more reason to challenge the Fox television station's license than to challenge the ABC/Disney licenses.
