Telenovelas are quite in Latin countries & the Lating networks here (And have wealthy families too) so it wouldn't take much for B&B & Y&R to be translated into Latin
"Latin" countries are those where Latin was spoken about two millennia ago: France, Romania, Italy, Portugual and Spain.
The Languages of Latin countries are Spanish, French, Romanian, Italian, Portuguese and Italian and several dialects sometimes called languages.
There are no "Latin" networks in the US.
I think you are referring to "Latin America" where, principally Spanish and Portuguese are spoken (although French, Kreyol, Papiamento, Nahuatl, Quechua and a couple of hundred others native American tongues are spoken.
Now, as to soaps, called "telenovelas" in Spanish, those are done locally or regionally or in countries with a similar culture. They are based on social conditions, customs and traditions of those nations.
Interestingly, the soaps done in Mexico are "exported" to many countries, mostly developing nations. And some soaps are translated to Spanish and imported from nations like Turkey where similar appearances and customs are portrayed.
Latin America is not a "poorer" version of the USA. Customs, behaviors and social conditions are quite different and those "gringo" soaps you mention would have zero or less relevance.
