Top 40? If you're just counting spins nationwide it'll be Big Girls Don't Cry.

Irreplaceable got it's start good into 06.

Apologize is probably the true #1 since it got started so late. But most spins EVER in a week at top 40. #1 for many weeks and not going anywhere.

Timbaland " the Way I are" is the number 1 song of the year.....this is not a guess BTW....and FYI Irreplaceable was half of last year. Fergie is a Top 5 as is Who Knew.....but it depends if you are talking market Specific or nationally. I am talking Nationally.
 
Sorry to say it's not Timbaland... it's Fergie. Check again on Mediabase. When it first opens it's "Currents Only"... pull down the menu so it's currents and recurrents.
