10,000 songs in a row?

Yay! One month with no commercials. This isn't much different from Blink 102.7's 3 month stunt, except it's 2009 and this is the permanent format.

Speaking from the Left Coast hearing the 2,500 songs on way to 10,000 I hope you really really enjoy Flo-Rida's "Right Round".
You'll catch it at :15, :25, :28, :35, :48 and :58 past the hour.

They've also got to wait it out til the newcomers make it into the city, since they're apparently bringing people in from Houston and Philly.

Will CBS do the 10,000 songs in a row on 92.3 NOW like they are doing on 97.1 AMP Radio in L.A.?

Yup, they will. And out of those 10,000 songs, approximately 9,540 will have the lyric "in da club"! :) It makes you wonder if the Neanderthals were more articulate than most of the artists you hear on pop radio today.
