Of course, the whole purpose of WTOR is to provide brokered ethnic programming for entities wanting to reach Toronto and the "Golden Horseshoe" area of Toronto....an ethnically very diverse region. It more or less accomplishes that with a listenable, if not completely competitve signal in most of the areas where they want to be. My guess is that there's little....if any....interest in the U.S. side of the border. At least the areas where they might bump against WABC and WJR.
