100.3 in West Palm Beach

Not at all. It's a LPFM that will operate at 114 watts in Northern Palm Beach County. Probably will cover most of the county though if the antenna is high enough.

WLML is a primary Class A, not an LPFM. It's a signal that semi-replaces 104.3.

On a side note, did anyone see WFLM White City's app to move from 104.7 to 104.5 with 50kw?? It's fringe would hit North PBC...

WFLM with a power increase which technically is not much, and a tower height decrease, the signal will be about the same. Still short of the WPB market.

True, but they got the class upgrade from a C3 to a C2.

With 104.3 C1 now on from Miramar, how many stations around the state now have the opportunity to move/upgrade themselves (if the FCC stays open long enough haha)??

From the Radio Insight November 30th FCC applications report regarding WIOD 610's displaced 100.3 translator trying to find a new home

Translator Moves

After being displaced from 100.3 by the sign-on of WLML-FM Lake Park/West Palm Beach in February, Reach Communications has struggled to find a new frequency for W262AN Tamarac/Hollywood, FL. It first seeked a move 101.1, which would have interfered with potential LPFM’s. Then a move to 91.7 has been objected by Call Communication’s 91.9 WMKL Hammocks. Now Reach seeks to use 105.5 with 79 watts at 278 meters (Coverage Map) rebroadcasting 94.9 WMGE-HD3 Miami Beach. Prior to going silent on 100.3, the translator had rebroadcast iHeartMedia News/Talk 610 WIOD Miami.

* Questions about:
1. Then a move to 91.7 has been objected by Call Communication’s 91.9 WMKL Hammocks --- Did Hammocks Middle School apply for LPFM? Can LPFM's also serve as an "educational FM?" Anyone know who Call Communications is?

2. It first seeked a move 101.1, which would have interfered with potential LPFM’s --- anyone know who applied, and how many "potential" locationsfor an LPFM there are out in the Tamarac and Hollywood areas?

3. Speaking of translators interfering and being taken off air. When is 93.5 The Bull translator going to be taken off the air for its ongoing interference issues with JVC's full powered station at 93.5 The Bar in West Palm?

What the heck is this? Huh. First I am hearing about this. Interesting. So a web based radio station that is branching out into terrestrial radio. Good catch, Jay!

Their signal covers a lot of swamp.
Perhaps they should be spreading the gospel in the Miccosukee and Seminole languages.

Family Radio’s 100.3 W262AE West Palm Beach has filed a displacement application to 104.7 with no change to its 250 watt at 31 meter signal (Coverage Map). W262AE has been off the air since the sign-on of 100.3 WLML-FM Lake Park (which is Robinson's Legend's 100.3 FM).
